Openlaw Software Pricing – Summary   

Case Licences: A Case licence is taken out for a single named case up to the permitted capacity.  Each case licence entitles any number of your users to work on the case, for the life of the case.  The table of case licence prices is:

User Licences

User licences may be taken out for one or more named users.  They entitle each user to work on any number of cases, each of up to the chosen number of documents (Item capacity), for the life of the licence.

The licence price increases with the licence capacity.  You may buy licences singly, or at lower per user prices in blocks of 2, 5, 10, 25 or 50 users, or as a site licence for an unlimited number of your users at your nominated office or site.

The above figures are annual rentals, payable in advance, with the right to terminate on giving a full month's notice before the end of any year.  Support is charged at 20% p.a.

For user licences, you can make a single once-off payment of three times of the annual rental which will give you a perpetual or 'lifetime' licence for that block of users.   Support is charged annually, on the annual rental price.

Training: Our training and other on-site services are charged on a day rate basis at £700 per half day, or £1,200 for a full day.
