Openlaw Barcoding

Barcoded separator and coding sheets can speed up and simplify the process of loading paper documents into Openlaw, and provide the option to add some coding at the same time.

There are two complementary software modules:

Openlaw Barcode Printer – prints barcoded separator sheets and coding sheets which can be read by Openlaw Barcode Reader.  This software is licensed free to all Openlaw users.

Openlaw Barcode Reader – reads barcoded separator sheets and coding sheets printed by Openlaw Barcode Printer. 

This software is licensed on an annual basis for use on a single networked PC.  The software is protected and has a meter which measures usage - the number of pages processed by the software.

Evaluation version – free – allows use of up to 100 pages

Starter version - £1500 + VAT p.a.  – includes meter capacity of 2,000 barcoded pages

Extra Capacity - £1,000 per 5,000 barcoded pages.  Discounts for higher volumes.

Annual unlimited capacity licences are £10,000 p.a + £1,000 per additional user workstation.
