Document display

Each scanned paper document is a multi-page file, viewed in a TIF image viewer

Image display in resizable window, with zoom in/out, rotate, GoTo page etc

Also display any other electronic files your PC recognises – Outlook, Word, Excel, PDF etc

 

Disclosure – initial data entry

Each Item has its own Document Card, for information about that Item

Each Item’s card holds all the usual information for preparing a list, plus lots more

Anyone used to Microsoft Word can easily enter data by typing or from pick-lists

Fast Add screen focuses on key disclosure fields
