If your documents include electronic files, you may have metadata about the files which you have been supplied with by your bureau or which has been included in your case database as part of the electronic import of data.

 

Often, this read only information is rarely needed, so it is usually not displayed.

 

If you have such information, you can display it by setting the Metadata tabs (the third row of Tabs) to on.

 

Do this from the Settings menu on the Tab view.

 

You then see this:

 

 

There are four other Metadata tabs, the fourth of which is for future expansion.

 

 

Detailed explanation of the meaning of any data in these tabs will be explained by your supplier.
