The slider bar can be dragged to an approximate position within the Selection - drag it to the middle to be roughly half-way down the Selection.
There are buttons to Add, Delete and Edit Items. When you are in Edit mode, editable fields have a white background. Only a user with exclusive use can delete an Item.
The In Chronology check box provides a way of distinguishing an event from a document or other tangible Item. See the Manual section called Chronology Items. Another check box activates Images (this is ON by default).
The button Grid View takes you to a tabular view of the Items with fewer fields and additional functions.
Navigation Tips
To hop to another Item, type the Item Number in the Item Number box and press the tab key. If that Item is in the current Selection, you will be taken straight to it. If List Numbers have been allocated, you can do the same with them.
The GoTo Item Menu allows you to jump quickly to an Item in the current Selection by reference to its Date, User Order No, Item No or List No.
See above as to using the slider bar to move within a Selection.
