Commissioning Additional Reports

The Additional Reports are written in Microsoft Access. We can write new ones to order and send them to you by e-mail, usually within 24 hours and perhaps on the day the request is made.

All we need from you is a sketch or list of the fields which you want to appear on the report form with any additional instructions as to layout, font size or colour. We will send you a draft layout as quickly as possible, and can alter it if required.

The cost is £250 + VAT in most cases, more if a particularly complex layout is required. We can do multiple variants on a theme for a block price.

Such report forms may be for one Case only or for all your Cases. They can be customised eg with the firm's logo, a confidentiality statement or any other decoration or text.

We can also undertake detailed analysis of data where, for example, you are interested in trends or frequencies, deviations from patterns or any other conclusions which may be drawn from large data collections. The results can be displayed in data form or graphically for maximum effect - the truism that a picture paints a thousand words applies in court as much as it does elsewhere.
