The standard report is in the form of a standard Disclosure List. This is all that many users will need to give Disclosure.
The picture shows the list of the Additional Reports which are available when the user presses <Additional Reports> on the Report Options Screen.
Some reports relate to the Case as a whole (such as those on Names). Others relate to the current Selection.

To access this functionality, it is a requirement that Microsoft Access is installed on the relevant PC.
Note: The Additional Reports sit in a database called <CaseName> Site Reports.mdb. That MDB must be in the same version of Microsoft Access as the version installed on your PC. In addition, if your Access version is Access 2000 or higher, then the other Case databases should be in the same Access version if you intend to use Additional Reports.
