The Menu across the top of the Tab View Item Card has the following five options. Some of the functions - those to do with Names and Settings - are cut-down versions of the primary home of the same function. These in general are repeated here to allow new entries to be added but not edited or deleted.
If an option is not available you may need your licence options to be changed.

Mail this Image File is the only image function on the Item card. Use it to invoke Outlook to send an image to e.g. a client. The main Images Menu is on the Data Menu on the Control Panel. |

Names Menu
|
The Names Menu on the Item Card is similar to the Names Menu on the Control Panel. It differs in that you cannot edit or delete a Name as you can from the Control Panel. The menus are provided here mainly to allow you to add through the menus a Name which you wish to add to an Item Card. Refresh Pick-list Names Update Names pick-lists in case another user has changed them since you entered the Tab View. Add a new Name freestyle is a function which allows you to enter a Name exactly as you want it to appear and have it added immediately to the relevant Names lists. There is a Manual section called Add a new Name freestyle. Parse current Selection Parse Names in only those Items which are in your current Selection |
Settings Menu
|
There are two sets of settings here and in both cases - you can add new entries for immediate use, but cannot edit or delete existing ones.:
Picklists
There is a Manual section covering the Pick Lists
and User Defined Settings
these settings are also available on the Control Panel Menu
The third setting sets whether the MetaData Tabs are displayed.
