Users often want to record to whom a document was copied.

 

This is a particular type of connection between a person and a document.

 

It is stored as a Name Link.

 

The pre-supplied Name Link Type of "Copied To" is usually used.  The persons copied are known as Copyees.

 

The are special provisions for handling Copyees and other Name Links when importing data.  See Data Import.
