Overview

Openlaw has been designed to make it easy to export data into other formats.

One obvious use for this is to exchange data with other parties to litigation. At a simpler level, there are various functions within Openlaw for exporting defined sections of data for particular purposes - for example into Microsoft Word or Excel for reporting purposes.

Exporter Functions

Most data export functions relate to exporting information about a Bundle and that is now possible from the Bundle Output Options screen.

Data Exporter includes:

several variants on the same concept - a new case is created and varying amounts of data from the source Case are exported into it.
an option to turn a Case into a page-based system for hearings, with one Item Card per page instead of one per document.
an export function customisable by us to allow you to export data in any required form.
