The main Bundles page explains the concept of Bundles and shows you how to load a Bundle for re-use.
You can Merge two Bundles to form a third. Press the <Merge> button on the Load Bundles screen (which then changes to read <Cancel Merge>). The screen changes as shown here.
Pressing the down arrow to the right of the white box opens a List of Bundles. You can select one to be merged with the one highlighted in blue on the top part of the screen. You must give a name to the new Bundle which will result from the merge.

There are five merge options as shown in the picture above.
Although you need to read these carefully to get the right option, they are largely self-explanatory and cover most obvious requirements. It is worth pointing out that one of your Bundles might be of all the Items in the Case so that the third or fourth option (as appropriate) will create a Bundle of all Items which DO NOT match the criteria of a particular Bundle - an easy way to do searches for negatives or for the absence of specified criteria. You might then use the Delete Items function to remove all such Items from the Case.
The last option is a simple appending of one Bundle to another, with the Items in the order in which they appear in the source Bundles. If the product of the two Bundles includes duplicates than these are included and the result will be a PrintBundle, that is, a Bundle which can only be used to print images. The concept is the same as arises when the inclusion of Attachments introduces duplicates. This is explained in the section on Attachments in Bundles, and in particular in the sub-section headed Duplicate Item Numbers.
NB To put the Items in the new merged Bundle into an index order of your choice, go to the Query Wizard. The <More> button on the Query Wizard screen allows you to sub-search a Bundle and then to choose any index order for the result. Use the <All> button, limit your search to the new Bundle and pick an order - this, in plain English means "Select all the Items in this Bundle and put them in the chosen order". You can then save the result as a new Bundle. See the Manual section Sub-Querying Bundles.
