This screen groups together the usual output options required for Bundles.
There are six sections to the screen:
| • | The Bundle details - what will be printed? |
This part of the screen summarises details of the Bundle that is being used, and the Image Set if any associated with it.
A Bundle is the product of a search - a list of Item Numbers in a particular order - which is stored and given a name so out can be reloaded.
An Image Set is a collection of images which are stored and given a name.
An Image Set can be assigned to a Bundle so that the Bundle can only use the images in that Image Set.
| • | Any Attachments to be printed? |
This part of the screen is used to set up any rules for dealing with attachments and calls on the same screen as the Reports button on the Control Panel for setting rules for the adding in of attachments (if required) to the report .
| • | Outputting a cover sheet |
This section is for making an Index or cover sheet for the Bundle. It brings up the same options as the Reports button on the Control Panel. The reports can be exported in the usual way.
| • | Outputting the documents or Images |
This section deals with outputting the Bundle itself. See here for details
You can print the images of any Bundle with no numbering and, on the pages of .tiff images, if you have the Imaging for Windows software, you can print either a simple sequence of numbers or the Bundle Numbers on the pages of .tiff images.
A Paginated Bundle takes this concept further. It is a Bundle which has been indexed page by page so that every page has a fixed and stored number. The numbering may be more sophisticated than a simple sequence. Paginated Bundle are protected - you cannot delete an Item which is in a Paginated Bundle, nor delete a Paginated Bundle unless you have Administrator rights.
No numbering
The simplest option is to select no numbering (the default). Use the Separator Sheets button to add separator sheets between each document. If you close this Separator Sheets form, the settings will be kept until you close the Output Options screen.
Numbering Options
Click the option to number the pages. This enables the Numbering section of the form.
This option is only available if you are using Imaging for Windows as your image viewing software.

Whether numbering will be possible depends on your images. They all need to be TIF files and you need to have Imaging for Windows installed.
It is therefore prudent to check all your images are there, and that page numbers are correctly set. Do this by clicking the Check Images button. This runs the same routine as the Control Panel menu option that checks page counts.
Having done this you will be advised of any potential problems, and the greyed out boxes on the screen will be filled in as appropriate.
All numbering is added by means of temporary annotations. The positioning and size of the annotations can be adjusted. Click the button to load up the Annotation setting form.
The numbering options available for a Bundle are:
Sequential Numbering of each page - 1,2,3, etc
The numbering sequence is not stored in the Case or burned into the image - it simply reflects the order in which the pages occur for that print run of that Bundle.
Bundle Numbering - adds the document Bundle number to each page
Pagination numbering - provides a flexible range of numbering options
